Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure effective results.
Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs, and ensuring cleanliness of all fixtures.
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistency across all areas.
Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes to promote environmentally responsible practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning duties are completed promptly and thoroughly.




Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Robust attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, or floor scrubbers safely and effectively.
Valuable physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift.
Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or reporting larger issues promptly.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts.
Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic committed to delivering quality results.
