Duties
Greet customers warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
Operate POS systems, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including smoothies, coffee, alcoholic beverages, & more, as per café standards
Food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches & salads to order, chopping ingredients, making dressings etc.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with basic math skills for accurate change and transaction records




Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests

Experience
Previous experience working in the food industry or café setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Square is advantageous
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards to ensure hygiene and compliance
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions confidently
