We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker with minimum 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in woodworking and cabinet fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves constructing high-quality cabinets and custom millwork, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every project.

Responsibilities
Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to create custom cabinets and custom millwork.
Fabricate cabinets using various materials, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker/Lead Hand (minimum 7 years experience) or similar role in woodworking or carpentry.




Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics related to cabinet construction.
Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in woodworking.
Robust attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Good communication skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
