Responsibilities
Safely move vehicles within the dealership or service area, including parking, retrieval, and staging for inspections or delivery
Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior detailing to meet high standards of presentation
Assist with vehicle inspections by checking for cosmetic damages or cleanliness issues and reporting any concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace to ensure safety and efficiency at all times
Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about vehicle cleanliness or status and assisting with vehicle movement requests
Follow all safety protocols when operating cleaning equipment and moving vehicles to prevent accidents or damage
Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills
Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering quality results
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and vehicle maintenance procedures
Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move vehicles throughout the shift
Clear communication skills to follow instructions accurately and report issues promptly
