Provide legal advice on research agreements and compliance




Support contractual obligations and account setup procedures
Collaborate with researchers and university partners
Develop and review research-related policies
Contribute to legal initiatives within the portfolio Requirements:
LLB or JD with 2+ years of experience
Knowledge of intellectual property law
Experience in contract negotiation and advising
Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly
