Join our dynamic team as a Back Shop Attendant, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service and repair area. This energetic position involves supporting daily shop activities, assisting with customer interactions, and maintaining an organized and effective back shop environment. Duties
Assist with the organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the back shop area to ensure a protected and efficient workspace
Support technicians by preparing tools, parts, and equipment needed for repairs or service tasks
Handle guest services by providing friendly assistance, answering questions, and directing customers as needed
Manage cash handling responsibilities for transactions related to repairs or parts sales with accuracy and integrity
Ensure all shop supplies are stocked and inventory is properly tracked to facilitate smooth operations
Follow safety protocols consistently, including proper use of equipment and adherence to cleanliness standards




Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is highly valued for delivering excellent guest interactions
Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and coordinate with team members
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated organizational skills to keep the back shop tidy and well-stocked
A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of tools, parts, or automotive/shop equipment is a plus but not required
