Lawyer – location : Riverview/Moncton, Current Brunswick.
We are looking for full time associates. Pay will be dependent on experience, billable hours and other factors.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Articling period completed ;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Manage family law files, including divorce, separation, cohabitation agreements, settlements, separation agreements, parenting time, support and division of property;
Draft legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, agreements, and court materials;
Wills and estate work, real estate transactions, other areas of law you have an interest in;
Legal research
Court appearances, advising clients,
managing files and scheduling
Already a member of the New Brunswick Bar in good standing ;
Have positive judgment;
Must have a driver's licence.

Some court experience
Strong Research and writing skills
Strong communication skills
To have the ability to work independently
Commitment to client service and legal excellence
The ability to communicate, practice and write in English is required
