Key Responsibilities
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and court applications
Preparing Chambers applications and discovery materials
Assisting with trial preparation
Attending all levels of court
Conducting legal, policy, and general research
Communicating and interacting directly with clients

Candidate Qualifications

Associate Position:
1 to 3 years of practice experience in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
Familiarity and hands on experience with family law, criminal law and civil litigation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail,



strong organizational abilities, and a proven capacity to multitask under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Articled / Law Student Position:
Open to graduates of Canadian law schools, as well as NCA candidates holding law degrees from Commonwealth jurisdictions.
Candidates should demonstrate solid academic standing, exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and a strong work ethic.
