Overview

Join our team as a Bookkeeper and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting, and managing accounts. We’re seeking a detail-oriented qualified who thrives in a rapid-paced setting and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient bookkeeping.

Responsibilities
Maintain financial records and transactions using Jonas accounting software.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and account analysis.
Assist with payroll, including hours, deductions, and benefits.
Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and budget comparisons.
Support month-end closing, account reconciliation, and documentation.
Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate ledgers.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, including hands-on Jonas experience is a must.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP/AR, and reconciliations.




Experience with payroll processing and compliance.
Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation
Starting Pay $28-$35 per hour Dependent on Experience.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications. Final pay rate will be confirmed following a 3-month probationary period, based on demonstrated performance and experience.
