Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, utensils, and supplies efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back-of-house areas to promote a protected and hygienic environment
Follow all food safety regulations and health codes diligently during meal preparation and service
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow




Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues in busy moments

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
Familiarity with meal preparation, food industry standards, and kitchen operations will help you succeed in this role
Robust attention to detail when it comes to food safety, cleanliness, and quality control
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
