The Human Resources

Coordinator plays a pivotal role under the Area Director, facilitating the hiring and support of Field and Administrative staff. This position requires excellent communication skills and experience with HR systems, essential for conducting interviews and maintaining thorough employee records. You'll also ensure adherence to health and safety standards while assisting with payroll inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
Hire, screen, and interview potential employees
Organize information sessions and maintain HR files




Participate in safety program development as directed
Respond to reference check requests and assist employees
Track Workers Compensation claims and related documentation Requirements:
Minimum Secondary School Diploma with HR qualifications preferred
At least two years human resources experience required
Familiarity with HR management software
