We are seeking a skilled and licensed Body Shop Technician to join our talented team at Erin Dodge Chrysler. You will be responsible for performing high quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles.

Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and efficient repairs on damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
Conduct thorough inspections to identify any additional repair needs and communicate findings
Utilizing specialized tools to remove dents and other surface imperfections
Replacing damaged panels, bumpers, and frames with precision
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures including proper handling of hazardous materials
Keeping the workshop and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained

Requirements:
Valid Body Man Tech License
Personal set of tools is required
Previous experience working in a body shop environment preferred




Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Must be able to work on all years, makes and models
