Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Manage laundry duties by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness for each current guest
Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials to maintain a fully equipped space




Conduct detailed inspections of properties to identify maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring every property meets company quality benchmarks

Requirements
Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple turnovers efficiently
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Basic laundry skills and familiarity with cleaning products and equipment
Self motivating and strong attention to detail
Must have reliable transportation
Availability between 10 am -4 pm

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
