Aboutthe Role:

As a ServiceAppointment Coordinator, you will respond to customer requests, provideinformation, book appointments, and help develop lasting relationships with ourcustomers.

Yourresponsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct inbound andoutbound calls to accurately schedule service appointments;
- Confirm and updatecustomer information;
- Call customers toconfirm service appointments and follow-up phone with customers on missed andoutstanding appointments, outstanding service campaigns, or recalls;
- Advise customers of recommendedservices as per the maintenance schedule;
- Perform follow-up calls tocustomers to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship; and
- Additional duties as assignedby management.

Applicantsmust have:

- Customer service experience andthe ability to maintain positive relationships with customers;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent organization skillsand ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills,in person and on the phone;
- Ability to work independentlyor part of a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Experience with a dealershipmanagement system is an asset;
- Class 5 Drivers’ License withacceptable driving record is an asset; and
- Experience in the AutomotiveService industry is an asset
