Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled CAA Roadside Assistant to provide emergency roadside services to stranded motorists. This role involves responding promptly to calls for assistance, ensuring safety at the scene, and performing basic repairs or tire changes. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge, familiarity with hand and power tools, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities
Respond quickly to roadside assistance requests in various weather conditions and traffic situations
Assist motorists with tire changes, battery jumps, lockouts, fuel delivery, and minor mechanical repairs
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform repairs or replacements
Ensure the safety of oneself and others at the scene by setting up warning signals or cones as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after each service call
Document service activities accurately for reporting purposes




Follow all safety protocols and company policies during roadside interventions

Experience
Prior experience with vehicle maintenance or mechanical repairs is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, and power tools is highly desirable
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $4,300.00-$7,000.00 per month
