Overview

We are seeking a friendly and qualified Bartender / Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a lively restaurant environment, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have previous Bartending experience, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for hospitality.

This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service while working in a fast-paced setting.

Duties
Take orders from guests accurately
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and safety guidelines
Serve food items promptly while maintaining high-quality customer service
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health regulations and safety protocols
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any special requests or concerns




Assist in setting up tables, restocking supplies, and closing duties at the end of shifts

Skills
Previous restaurant Bartender and food service experience is preferred, especially within the food industry or hospitality sector
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude with a focus on providing an outstanding guest experience
