Best Western Plus The Arden Park Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, lounge, banquet facilities, and catering services. Working alongside the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll help lead a dedicated team while ensuring every guest receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
Assist with the daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, kitchen, and banquet department.
Ensure all food & beverage outlets are opened and closed according to company standards and policies.
Supervise and support team members, providing coaching and leadership throughout each shift.
Coordinate banquet functions to ensure successful execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Help ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and Smart Serve regulations.




Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year of Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership experience (hotel experience considered an asset).
Valid Smart Serve Certification.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must.
