We are looking for an energetic, friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare beverage efficiently and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and standards
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or food industry preferred.
Smart Serve Certification required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work evening, weekend and holidays.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace.
