Responsibilities
Oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance tasks
Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform routine lube services and minor repairs
Learn to identify mechanical issues and communicate findings effectively to the team
Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Participate in ongoing training sessions to expand your mechanical knowledge and technical skills
Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies needed for daily operations
Cleaning the shop and work areas

Previous dealership or mechanic experience is a required; eagerness to learn is essential
Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive systems
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work physically demanding tasks
Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and safety standards
