We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes
Engage with guests, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
Maintain knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
Uphold La Roca’s standards of service, quality, and hospitality
Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service
Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements
Minimum of 2 year experience as a bartender in a busy setting




Proven ability to prepare a wide range of cocktails and beverages
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Knowledge of fine dining and wine is an asset
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Must have or be willing to obtain necessary certifications for alcohol service
