Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS and handle cashiering responsibilities with precision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times
Monitor guest behavior to promote a protected environment while providing attentive service
Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth operation without delays




Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations related to food handling and alcohol service

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash handling tools
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience in hospitality or food service is highly desirable
