We are seeking a responsible, enthusiastic Full time Auto Body Prepper & Refinish Technician. We offer competitive wages and extended health, dental, and vision coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Perform surface prep, color mixing, automotive painting, and refinishing.
Inspect, wet sand, polish, and touch up to resolve paint/color discrepancies.
Maintain paint booths, spray guns, and equipment in clean working condition.
Read work orders, complete quality control checks, and meet delivery deadlines.
Collaborate with shop foremen, team members, and vendors.
Requirements
Ticketed Journeyperson preferred; qualified apprentices considered (ITA Painter Ticket preferred).
2+ years of auto body painting/refinishing experience preferred.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License (ability to drive automatic and manual).
Robust attention to detail, physical stamina, and self-management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
