Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Auto Appraiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating vehicles to determine their condition, and necessary repairs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our appraisal process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition and identify any mechanical issues.
Evaluate vehicle features, history, and market trends to determine accurate appraisals.
Provide detailed reports on vehicle conditions and recommended repairs.
Communicate findings clearly to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.




Collaborate with dealership staff and other departments to ensure a seamless appraisal process.
Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and best practices in automotive appraisal.

Requirements
Robust mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair.
Previous experience in sales or customer service within the automotive industry is preferred.
Familiarity with dealership operations and processes is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
