Evolution Camp Services is urgently hiring a Breakfast Cook for an active wildfire fire camp near Cache Creek, BC.

Tent accommodations - Must bring your own tent, pillow, bedding. Air mattress/mattress pad strongly suggested.
Must be able to self drive or have transportation

Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches according to recipes and customer orders.
Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary ingredients and supplies before service begins.
Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely, consistent, and appealing manner.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and freshness of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations,



and food preparation areas.
Follow food safety, health, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Store food properly and rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.
Work efficiently during busy breakfast service periods while maintaining accuracy.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Perform opening and closing kitchen duties, including cleaning and equipment maintenance.
Minimize food waste and report inventory shortages to management.
