This temporary full time role will empower you to drive the administration of Baycrest’s benefits and total rewards programs effectively.

As a subject matter expert, you will partner with HR teams and operational leaders, using data analysis for decision-making and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Your contributions will support continuous improvement and compliance with pay equity legislation. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee benefits and compensation program administration daily
- Coordinate sick leave programs with HR and management




- Participate in the annual compensation cycle and data reporting
- Provide analytics and benchmarking support for bargaining
- Research market conditions to refine rewards programs Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years relevant experience in total rewards
- Strong Excel skills and HRIS proficiency
- Knowledge of compensation laws and practices
