We're recruiting for an established Canadian -based manufacturer — one of the largest trailer builders in Canada — and their shop is busy. They build and repair trailers for fleets across the continent, and they need mechanics and welders who can actually do the work, not just talk about it. What You'll Actually Do

- Inspect, repair, and weld commercial trailers (brakes, suspension, electrical, structural)
- Read work orders, fix what's broken, move to the next one
- Work with people who know the difference between a torque wrench and a crescent wrench

What You Actually Need

- Experience repairing trailers, heavy equipment, or trucks
- Solid MIG welding skills (CWB cert is a plus, not a dealbreaker)
- A valid driver's licence and a brain you actually use
- The ability to show up, do good work, and not make the shop foreman's life harder
