The Training

Designer will design a variety of engaging materials and leverage feedback to ensure impactful learning outcomes. Your work will directly influence employee development and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze learning needs in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create diverse instructional materials, including e-learning modules
- Assess the effectiveness of training using data and participant input




- Actively promote training initiatives and establish partnerships
- Research technological advancements in learning Requirements:
- Diploma in educational technology or similar
- Significant experience in adult education and training design
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and authoring tools like Articulate 360
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
