This role, reporting to the Global Mobility Manager, involves managing US immigration matters and enhancing global mobility processes. You will coordinate case management activities and maintain relationships with external counsel, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance. Your strategic input will streamline employee relocations and help manage costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead US immigration case management and documentation activities
• Guide employees through related immigration requirements
• Maintain compliance records and reporting




• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions
• Develop and implement global mobility policies

Requirements:
• Five years' experience in global mobility or HR
• Comprehensive knowledge of US immigration processes
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across levels
• Robust organizational and planning skills
• Collaborative mindset in a global context
