This position reports to the General Manager, focusing on providing insightful financial leadership to support TPS business goals. You’ll oversee finance functions across locations, partnering with leaders from various domains to improve performance. Critical responsibilities include managing budgets and forecasting, while ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all finance functions for TPS business activities
• Partner with cross-functional teams for productivity improvement
• Own monthly financial reviews and provide actionable insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience required
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Solid understanding of manufacturing finance
• Ability to translate financial results into business strategies
