This full-time position requires a graduate degree in nursing and at least five years of substantial experience in educational settings. You will collaborate closely with faculty and manage clinical placements, ensuring both students and instructors thrive. By addressing any issues in practicum settings, you will contribute to nurturing effective teaching practices within the School of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure excellence in clinical and lab education
• Coach and develop clinical instructors and advisors
• Investigate challenges related to student placements
• Manage assignments for clinical teams and resources
• Establish collaborations with external clinical partners
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in Nursing, active Ontario license
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in higher education
• Proficient in effective communication and negotiation
• Solid computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Vehicle access for travel to placements
