At Soucy, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly on validating our products under real-world conditions. Your role will be at the heart of our component durability testing: you’ll monitor their performance in the field, analyze their wear and tear, and help us better understand how usage conditions affect their lifespan. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Monitor field durability tests and ensure the collection of relevant information from customers and test vehicles
Analyze field data to track wear trends and understand component performance
Analyze vehicle duty cycles and establish links between operating conditions and observed wear
Develop and improve data collection methods, particularly by determining the parameters to be measured and the appropriate instrumentation methods
Conduct field inspections and component analyses, including components returned after durability testing
Share your findings with the engineering team and produce reports to facilitate decision-making and product improvement

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
1 to 5 years of relevant technical experience
Proficiency with MS Office
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Willingness to travel for field testing and inspections; a valid passport is required
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate agricultural vehicles
Willingness to demonstrate some flexibility in work schedule based on the needs of field testing
