This Senior
Specialist role emphasizes robust relationships with the Ontario Ministry and board support. As a Senior Program and Policy Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Program Design & Policy while collaborating closely with the Ministry. You will provide strategic advice and facilitate governance processes to enhance Agricorp's operational framework.
Your role encompasses complex program analysis while establishing robust partnerships with ministry and board stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison to OMAFA leadership
Facilitate governance forums and executive discussions
Provide strategic program agreement advice
Oversee secretariat duties for protection boards
Spearhead program policy changes with stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field
At least 5 years of government program experience
Proficient in written and verbal communication
Familiarity with Agricorp’s policies preferred
