Position Overview Cabot Cape Breton—home to Canada’s #1 and #2 golf courses—is launching a recent specialty coffee concept in Inverness, Nova Scotia. We are seeking a team of professional, driven, eager Baristas at all levels of experience to join our team and develop a valuable in-demand skill within the Hospitality industry, while supporting a fun, new offering within the community.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, americanos) to company standards
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems
Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service
Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to customers
Create a welcoming and positive environment for guests
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely




Ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are followed
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
Restock supplies such as cups, milk, syrups, and coffee beans

Based on the nature of our business and the service we provide to our guests, to work with us, you must consent to a criminal background check as a condition of employment and an additional criminal background check every two years.
As a seasonal resort business, you can anticipate a schedule that will involve day, evening, night, and weekend work.
