Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at our coffeehouse. The ideal candidate is welcoming, friendly, reliable, and takes pride in providing quality beverages and excellent customer service.

Previous barista experience is a must. We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, enjoys working with customers, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, coffee, teas, and other beverages
Take customer orders and process payments using our POS system
Handle cash and credit/debit transactions accurately
Provide friendly and attentive customer service
Assist with food preparation and service as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and work area
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and attention to detail




Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications
Previous barista experience is required
Solid knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a quick-paced café environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask
Food handling experience is an asset
