Sorell Insulation is a fast-growing Calgary insulation company specializing in attic upgrades and energy-efficiency improvements. We are looking for a physically fit, reliable individual who isn’t afraid of hard work and tight spaces.

This is hands-on work inside residential attics installing soffit baffles, repairing vapour barriers, upgrading ventilation, replacing bathroom fan hoses, and assisting with blown-in insulation.

If you like staying active, working with a small team, and taking pride in doing things properly — this is not a boring job.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working inside residential attics (tight spaces, low clearance)
Installing soffit baffles and rafter vents
Replacing and sealing bathroom fan exhaust hoses
Assisting with blown-in fiberglass insulation installs
Vapour barrier repair and air sealing
Setting up and cleaning up job sites
Working safely on ladders and roofs when required

What We’re Looking For
Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces




Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Comfortable with heights and ladders
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Valid driver’s license and own transportation required

Construction or insulation experience is an asset — but not required. We will train the right person.
