We’re looking for a reliable, organized AM Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a rapid-paced kitchen but values a consistent, daytime schedule.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep lists efficiently and accurately
Set up and maintain the AM line for service
Prepare and plate menu items to recipe and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe workstation
Monitor product quality, stock levels, and kitchen supplies
Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures




Work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house staff

What We’re Looking For
Previous line cook or prep cook experience is preferred
Strong knife skills and an understanding of kitchen fundamentals
Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and prioritize during service
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude
Food Safe certification is an asset
Availability for morning and daytime shifts
