We’re looking for an Assembly Technician who takes pride in their work, is willing to pitch in wherever needed, and wants to be part of a hardworking team where everyone contributes to our success.

Responsibilities
Use provided manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble Kubota Tractors, Excavators, Skid Steers and more
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished products
Conduct quality checks on assembled units and test prior to delivery
Follow safety protocols during assembly operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity

Requirements
Positive attitude and strong work ethics are mandatory




Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts (certification preferred)
Mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety standards
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining focus on quality and safety

This role offers an engaging environment where your technical skills will be valued and developed. Prospects to lead a team in the future in which we intend on adding other assembly techs. Options to transition into a service role if that is desirable. We are committed to fostering a supportive workplace that encourages growth, safety, and excellence at every step. Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
