Responsibilities
Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following all health and safety regulations
Engage with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert recommendations on styles and products
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling payments efficiently
Foster positive relationships through excellent customer service,



ensuring repeat business and client loyalty
Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative styling options

Requirements
Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in hair styling techniques
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic workspace
Ability to upsell services confidently while prioritizing client needs
Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and retail sales at the front desk
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
