We are seeking a talented and personable Hairdresser and Esthetician to join our beauty team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide a wide range of beauty and grooming services in a welcoming setting. Responsibilities
Perform professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences
Provide esthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care
Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs
Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail products to enhance client results
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas in compliance with health regulations
Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing client records




Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and recent beauty trends
Ensure all treatments are performed with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail

Qualifications
Valid license or certification as a Hairdresser or Esthetician required
Proven experience in hair styling, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon/spa workplace
Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently
Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor
Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus
Passion for beauty industry trends and continuous professional development
