Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Clearly explain repair and maintenance services, providing transparent recommendations based on mechanical knowledge
Prepare detailed work orders, accurately documenting customer requests and vehicle issues
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional services or maintenance that benefit the customer's vehicle health while respecting their preferences
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain secure cash handling procedures




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns

Requirements
Proven dealership experience or automotive service advisor background preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is highly advantageous
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Sales aptitude with a focus on upselling services to enhance vehicle performance and safety
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Familiarity with automotive industry terminology, repair processes, and dealership operations is a plus
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
