Your role will enhance broker partnerships and product accessibility while working in a hybrid capacity. SPG Canada is on the lookout for a Broker Solutions Specialist in the Atlantic region to strengthen our Business Development efforts. In this position, you will work to increase the utilization of our broker portal, promote personal lines offerings, and ensure that brokers receive tailored support for their business needs.

This role includes elements of training, relationship-building, and travel. Key Responsibilities:
Promote adoption of SPG Canada’s broker portal
Deliver insightful training programs on product offerings
Facilitate cooperation with marketing and underwriting
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with brokers
Act as a liaison at regional events and conventions Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in P&C; insurance
Proven background in client-facing roles
Familiarity with digital tools in insurance
Engaging communication skills for presentations
