About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Controller to join our team. This is an excellent chance for a business university graduate or recent graduate who is looking to build a long-term career in financial leadership.

Working directly alongside our Controller, the successful candidate will gain broad exposure to all aspects of financial management and play a meaningful role in supporting the financial health of a growing organization. Key Responsibilities
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting




Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Perform cost analysis and margin reporting
Assist with cash flow management
Contribute to financial planning and internal controls
Support year-end and audit preparation
Identify and recommend process improvements
Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making

Responsibilities will expand as experience and capability grow.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Recent graduate or early-career qualified (0–3 years experience)
Intention to pursue or currently pursuing CPA designation
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills
Initiative, professionalism, and a desire to grow
