We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. The Cleaner will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, utilizing both hand and power tools as necessary.

Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential settings, including restrooms, and common areas.
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure thorough cleaning of surfaces.
Conduct custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns.
Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.





Requirements
Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Robust communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
