We are seeking an exceptional Transportation Operations Manager to take a leadership role in our growing transportation operation.

This position is ideal for a seasoned transportation professional who can lead a dispatch team, drive operational excellence, and build strong relationships with clients and business partners.

You will be the key link between management, dispatch, drivers, and customers, ensuring our operation runs efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and develop the dispatch team.
- Oversee daily transportation and dispatch operations.
- Set performance standards and ensure accountability across the team.
- Work directly with major clients, brokers, and business partners.
- Lead client meetings and serve as a senior point of contact for operational matters.
- Manage escalated customer and operational issues with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Monitor fleet utilization, scheduling, service performance, and overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HOS, ELD, and applicable transportation regulations.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective, practical solutions.
- Improve dispatch processes, communication, productivity, and service quality.
- Work closely with senior management on operational strategy and business growth.





What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in trucking, transportation, dispatch, or fleet operations.
- Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of North American trucking operations.
- Exceptional communication and professional client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage pressure, priorities, and complex operational situations.
- Qualified presence with the confidence to represent the company in high-level client meetings.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
