- Provide expert advice on travel options, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation
- Book and confirm reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Offer personalized travel recommendations based on current trends, client interests, and special occasions




- Resolve any issues or changes during the trip planning process promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry offerings, hotel experiences, and hospitality services to deliver informed guidance

Experience

- Proven experience in sales or customer service within the travel industry
- Familiarity with hotel operations or experience working in a hotel environment is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and current travel trends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate options clearly
- Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency
