Busy Plastic Surgery and Hair Restoration clinic looking for certified Trichologist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will become a vital expert dedicated to diagnosing, treating, and educating clients about hair and scalp health. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend scientific knowledge with personalized customer care, helping individuals achieve healthier hair and confidence.
As a key member of our wellness-focused environment working closely with our RNs and Plastic Surgeon, you will deliver exceptional service while promoting hair care solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Duties
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ scalp and hair conditions using our professional diagnostic tools.
- Develop customized treatment plans in conjunction with the RN and MD and recommend appropriate hair care products or therapies.
- Provide expert advice on hair styling, scalp health, and maintenance routines to enhance client results.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales of hair care products.
- Sell suitable treatments and products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
- Become a key team member in the hair transplant team
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service within a beauty or wellness setting, with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of scalp disease, hair loss, scalp treatments, and sanitation protocols.
- Ability to perform detailed consultations and explain complex hair health concepts clearly.
- Retail sales experience with a focus on selling complementary products or services.
- Comfortable working at the front desk managing appointments and client inquiries.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their hair goals through personalized solutions.
- Certification or training in trichology or related fields is preferred
- Certification or training as hair transplantation technician is preferred
