- Manage account reconciliations and month-end closes
- Design and prepare financial statements and reports
- Refine processes and enhance reporting procedures
- Develop and mentor junior accounting professionals
- Participate in special projects as needed Requirements:
- CPA credential or in progress
- 3+ years in accounting, ideally with real estate focus
- Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and communication capabilities
