We are looking for a fun, dynamic, and outgoing Trip Leader & Event Host to take our group tours to the next level! Your primary job isn't giving boring history lectures, it is all about keeping the vibe alive, bringing high energy, and ensuring our group has an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

If you have a background in hospitality, serving, bartending, or event hosting, and you know how to read a room, bring people together, and keep things running smoothly under pressure, this is the role for you!

Duties & Responsibilities

- Keep the Vibe High: Host the group throughout the trip, run icebreakers, curate playlists, organize casual group games/trivia, and keep energy levels upbeat.
- Group Management: Act as the main point of contact for guests, keeping everyone organized, on schedule, and informed without sounding rigid.
- Guest Assistance & VIP Support: Make every guest feel welcomed, included, and cared for from the moment they arrive to the end of the trip.
- On-the-Fly Problem Solving:



Proactively handle small logistical bumps or energy dips behind the scenes so guests enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience.
- Crowd Control with Style: Confidently lead and gather the group in busy environments while maintaining a warm, friendly, and playful tone.

Skills & Qualifications

- Natural Host Energy: Confident, warm, highly charismatic, and naturally engaging with diverse groups of people.
- Hospitality Background: Experience in serving, bartending, VIP hosting, brand ambassadorship, or event coordination is strongly preferred.
- Grace Under Pressure: Able to stay calm, smiling, and cool-headed if schedules shift or unexpected changes happen.
- Proactive Communicator: Outstanding listener who can read group dynamics and anticipate guests' needs before they ask.
- Reliable & Punctual: Strong time-management skills to keep the tour moving on schedule while keeping it fun.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
