The Truck Driver is responsible for hauling bales from the field to the yard in a safe and timely manner. This role supports continuous field operations by ensuring efficient transport during harvest.Key Responsibilities:
- Transport straw bales from field locations to the yard
- Safely operate trucks and trailers under varying road and field conditions
- Secure loads properly and ensure secure hauling practices
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with field operators to maintain efficient workflow
- Work extended hours during peak season
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license ( Class 5)
- Experience hauling agricultural products or similar loads is an asset but not required
- Strong awareness of safety and road regulations
- Ability to handle long hours
- Reliable and able to work independently
Pay: $20.75-$23.00 per hour
