Duties

- Safely operate your own commercial truck, adhering to all federal and state transportation regulations
- Transport freight across regional or national routes, ensuring on-time delivery and proper handling of cargo
- Utilize forklift skills for loading and unloading freight efficiently and securely
- Conduct routine inspections of your vehicle to maintain optimal performance and safety standards
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to prevent delays
- Manage documentation related to shipments, delivery logs,



and compliance records accurately
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and address any issues that arise

Requirements

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for heavy equipment operation
- Proven experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields
- Skilled in forklift operation for loading/unloading cargo safely
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks and trailers
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety protocols in a logistics environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance tasks
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers, clients, and team members
